Storage advice 

The truffles can be kept in the refrigerator for 4 days after receipt. The advice is to keep them in a plastic or glass container surrounded with kitchen roll. The kitchen roll should be replaced every day.

Delivered fresh from Italy within one day.

To clean

If you have chosen not to receive the truffles cleaned, you can brush the truffle clean with a dry brush.
